Grilled Tuna Recipe Ingredients
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup crumbled dried thyme
  • 1 cup dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds fresh tuna roast
Grilled Tuna Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, stir together the white wine, balsamic vinegar, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. 
Place the roast into the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Heat a grill for medium heat. Brush the grate with oil, once it is hot.

Place the tuna roast on the grill grate, and discard the marinade. 
Cook for about 30 minutes, turning frequently for even cooking. Serve immediately when the outer part flakes easily but the center is still slightly pink. Cool. Enjoy the Grilled Tuna Roast recipes !!!

Grilled Tropical Tuna Steaks

Grilled Tuna Recipes Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or other tropical fruit preserves
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks, about 1 inch thick
Grilled Tuna Recipes Instructions

To prepare marinade, combine preserves, hoisin, lime juice, cilantro, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Stir well.Smoked-canadian-albacore-tuna.
Pour into a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl; toss tuna with marinade to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
Remove tuna steaks from marinade, shake off excess, and discard remaining marinade. Cook on preheated grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook - the tuna should be lightly browned on the outside but still slightly pink in the middle. Serve immediately.
