Grilled Tuna Salad
Barbecued Tuna Recipe Ingredients:
20 ounces new fish steaks, 1 inch thick
3 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cleaved new rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ground dark pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
6 cups stuffed torn salad greens
1 cup divided cherry tomatoes
Barbecued Tuna Recipe Instructions:
Preheat barbecue for medium hotness.
Place fish in a glass dish. Set up the vinaigrette by whisking together the wine, olive oil, red wine vinegar, rosemary, pepper, salt and garlic. Pour 2 tablespoons over fish and go to cover. Marinate 15 to 30 minutes, turning once. Hold remaining vinaigrette for salad dressing.
Cover barbecue rack with cooking splash and put on barbecue to warm 1 moment. Put fish on barbecue 4 to 6 crawls over hot coals. Cover with top or tent with foil. Cook, turning once, just until fish starts to piece effectively when tried with a fork, around 7 minutes. Dispose of marinade.
Orchestrate salad greens on 4 plates. Put hot fish on greens and add cherry tomatoes. Mix remaining vinaigrette and shower over salads....enjoy the fish salad..!
