Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • ¼ cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup diagonally sliced green onions
Directions

Step 1
Place a grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot. Sprinkle pepper and salt over fish. Place fish in grill pan; cook 3 minutes on each side until medium-rare or desired degree of doneness. Remove from heat.

Step 2
Combine broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Spoon glaze over fish; top with green onions. Cool. Enjoy the Balsamic-Glazed Tuna recipes !!!

Grilled Tune Recipe Ingredients 

 * 4 (6 ounce) albacore tuna steaks, 1 inch thick 
 * 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
 * salt and ground black pepper to taste 
 * 1 lime, juiced 
 * 1/2 cup hickory wood chips, soaked 

  Grilled Tuna Recipes INSTRUCTIONS 

 1. Place tuna steaks and olive oil in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour. 
2. Preheat the grill for medium heat. When coals are very hot, scatter a handful of hickory or mesquite wood chips over them for flavor. 
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Season tuna with salt and pepper, and cook on the preheated grill approximately 6 minutes, turning once. Transfer to a serving platter, and drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice. The grilled tuna recipe is ready to serve immediately...enjoy !
